"SinnVerschlinger Uploader" (the "App") is a private, non-commercial tool operated by a single individual creator (the "Operator") to publish the Operator's own videos to the Operator's own TikTok account. This policy explains what data the App handles.

1. Data we access

When the Operator authorizes the App through TikTok Login (OAuth), the App receives:

• An access token and refresh token for the Operator's own TikTok account.
• Basic account identity via the user.info.basic scope (open ID and display name) solely to confirm which account is authorized.

2. How we use it

The tokens are used only to upload and publish the Operator's own video files to the Operator's own TikTok profile via the Content Posting API (video.upload / video.publish), including setting the caption, hashtags and the AI-generated content label.

3. Storage

Tokens are stored locally on the Operator's own computer. They are never shared, sold, or transmitted to any third party other than TikTok's official API.

4. No third-party data

The App does not collect, process, or store any personal data from other TikTok users. It has no analytics, no advertising, and no external databases.

5. Data deletion

The Operator can revoke access at any time in TikTok's app settings and delete the locally stored tokens. This immediately ends all data access.
